  1. How can I place an order?
    To place an order, first add a product to the shopping cart, then you go through the 3 steps. The first step is the basket with the overview of the products and the cost of your order. If you proceed with your order here in step 2 you will be asked for your personal information, then in step 3 you will be asked which payment method you want and you can complete your order.
  2. if I want to cancel my order, is this possible?
    Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order for free. This has no further conditions attached.
  3. How can I order a product if there is no shopping cart to click on?
    Products without the shopping cart are temporarily not in stock or available. These can not currently be ordered on the website. Please contact us, we can tell you if the product can be ordered and how long i takes to deliver.
  4. I have a complaint, what should I do?
    Of course it is annoying if you have a complaint about a product.
    Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to make your complaint by e-mail to the department customer contact time.
    This may be by email, regular mail and / or telephone.

    Our customer contact employees of the department will check the complaint and try to everyone's satisfaction the complaint to resolve.

    We will investigate your complaint within 14 days after receiving answer, if it need more time, we will notify you of this.
    If you do not appreciate this, you can always take contact with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where stassar.com when connected.
  5. I want to send my order back, how do I do this?
    If you wish to return an order please contact our customer service using the contact form and select: Return. The return address for shipping is: PO Box 172, 6430 AD Hoensbroek

  6. What are the shipping costs of my order?
    The shipping of the order are shown in the shopping cart under the subtotal. Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of your order. In addition, the shipping costs vary for a foreign order or an order COD, you will be informed about the shipping costs after placing your order.
  7. When will my order be delivered?
    You will be kept informed through e-mails on the status of your order. The status of the order can also be checked on our website. Fill in your email address and order number to see your order status. On average the orders will be deliverd within 2 to 5 working days.

  8. How can I check my order?
    You will receive an email after you place an order. This email contains your personal data, the products you have ordered and the cost of this order. You can also check your order on our website. Fill in your email address and order number to see your order status.
  9. I already placed an order, Must i fill in my data again?
    You do not need to resubmit your personal information. When you place an order in step 2 (your data) you indicate that your are an existing customer. You will need your email address and password, your password that you received with your first order. Forgot your password? Go to: Forgot password? Fill in your e-mail address and you will reacieve a new password via e-mail.
  10. I am an existing customer and would like to change my address, is this possible?
    It is possible to change your address. When you place your order in step 2 (your data) login as a existing customer, here you will see the shipping address, this can be changed every time you order.
  11. I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
    You can change your password by clicking on Forgot password? Fill in your e-mail address and then you will receive your password via email.
  12. I want to change my password, how can I do this?
    You can change your password by clicking the link change password. Fill in your e-mail address, your old and new password. You will receive your changes via e-mail.
  13. What payment methods does the webshop have?
    In our shop you can pay with iDeal (online banking), credit card (VISA and MasterCard), Mister Cash (Belgian payments), Wallie and Click&Buy. These payments are handled by our payment service provider: pay.nl.
  14. What is the payment methode AfterPay?
    AfterPay performs for Stassar the entire afterwards payment process. This means that you recieve a digital giro from AfterPay via e-mail to pay for the purchased product (s). At stassar.com you can pay with a digital giro to an amount of € 300.00 for the first time. Are you already familiar with digital invoice the maximum amount of your order will be € 500.00.

    To approve your request to pay by giro, AfterPay performs a data check. AfterPay has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event your request for payment by giro will not be authorized, then you can of course pay to purchased product (s) with a different payment method.

  15. Can I come and pick up my order?
    Yes, it is possible to pick up your order. You can, when completing the order, specify that you come to pick up the order at our store The pickup address is: Pier 36, 6446 AX in Brunssum. Naturally, there we be no shippong costs charged if you pick it up yourself.
  16. I do not want to receive the newsletter, how do I unsubscribe from it?
    You can unsubscribe by clicking Unsubscribe newsletter. Fill in your e-mail address and then receive an e-mail.
